Terms and Conditions:
Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by PMDtheme (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.

1. Limited usage granted:
   

   PMDtheme grants you a non-exclusive license to use one copy of any template purchased by you on your host/website. The output of one copy of the template/product can be used solely on the website on which the copy is installed. You can make one copy of the template in machine-readable form for backup purposes only. You can modify the template/product for your personal use only and to the extent that all copyright notice and license reference are kept unchanged. You cannot disable any licensing or control features of the template/product except as an intended part of the template's programming features. Please, acknowledge that PMDtheme may not be able to provide support or future upgrades if you make modifications to the html code of the template/product.
   
   In simple other words one domain license means license for one online copy.
   
   This license is not transferable to any other website or other company, entity or individual without PMDtheme’s written permission. If you wish to use the templates for multiple clients or sites, you need to purchase separate copy for every single client.

2. Modifications:
   You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release and modifications as GPL or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header or footer. Please contact us if you have if you have further questions or any requirements that are not covered by these terms.
   
   
3. Unauthorized use:
   You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from PMDtheme. Please contact us if you require more clarification.
   
   
4. Delivery:
   The payment process is fully automated. After we have successfully received your payment, your information will be emailed to the email address you provided. You will also receive an email containing download instructions and other important information, to the email address you used with Paypal to complete your purchase. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within few seconds. If you choose to pay with an "eCheck", please note that the delivery is not instant. This process takes 3-8 business days to clear payment. Once the payment is cleared, an email is automatically sent to your Paypal-connected email address with download instructions. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website.
   
   
5. Assignability:
   You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from PMDtheme.
   
   
6. Ownership:
   You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of PMDtheme. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
   
   
7. Use of Content:
   You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.
   
   
8. Refund policy:
   Since PMDtheme is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon making a purchase at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the demos.
   
   
9. Warranty:
   PMDtheme does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that PMDtheme templates will work with all browser combination.
   
   
10. Support & Updates:
    All templates are always designed for the latest version of phpMyDirectory, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of phpMyDirectory. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions. PMDtheme offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer 30 day free support & updates with each purchased product via email or otherwise for installation, administration of phpMyDirectory etc. In case if you crossed the free updates period then you can simply pay $10 as standard fees of updates which allows you to have all next updates for the entire month starting from the date of payments.
